Terms Of Service The term „Movipo“ refers to the Movipo website. The aim is to support free speech. Which does not mean that we share the same view of a problem or are consent. But we see it as one of the fundamental rights, to empower peoples, societies, and education. Do not be surprised, if the merchandise products are using provocative designs. Licenses Movipo Social Core code base is open source and it is available under GNU Affero General Public License. Some of the javascript code created and distributed by Movipo project is available under the MIT License. Plugins available for third party systems, such as Joomla CMS, GravCMS, WordPress Plugins/Modules to show up users or group streams, online status, Videos, and so one, are maybe based on different licensing models, and mentioned on their own repository. Modifications Both GPL3 and MIT licenses legally allows you to make modifications to the software that you have obtained from Movipo website. It is possible that your modifications make it difficult or impossible to apply future software updates and patches that are provided by Movipo Website. You acknowledge and agree that in no event Movipo Website and the core development team are liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of your modified code. You may however use the copy of the software you obtain from Movipo Website as many time as you wish for yourself or your clients or provide a copy to one of your friends in order to let them know about Movipo Website and its services. Updates all the extensions that are publicly showcased on Movipo Website are installable on the latest Birth release of the Movipo. We do not guarantee that the extensions will be working with the previous releases of Movipo. Members may communicate the issues with us on the Movipo Website groups. Assignability Movipo website memberships are none-transferable and cannot be shared or resold. Warranty All the software that is distributed and all the information that is made available on Movipo website are provided "As Is" without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event Movipo website and the core development team are liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the Movipo Website products and services. Use of Content All the content on this website is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License. Permissions beyond the scope of this license may be available on Movipo Website. Privacy Movipo Website reserves the right to make any of the information that you have posted on the Movipo Website groups, projects, or personal profiles publicly available. Administrators can see all of your private data even if you set the privacy to "myself only". Do not post any content that you feel uncomfortable for the admins to see. Even though there is a privacy management in place, do not post any content or information that you wouldn't normally make publicly available on the Internet. Support Movipo Website offers software, services, and information "as is", with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party technologies. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration, etc. as a part of Movipo Website membership plans. Movipo Website provides premium support groups available to the premium members only. Movipo Website does not commit to oversee these areas, but we reserve the right to whether or not respond and answer questions. You acknowledge by your use of Movipo Website products, services, and information that it is at your sole risk, and that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with the software, services, and information provided by Movipo Website.
